Tuition includes:

Weekly individual therapy sessions.
Psychological testing.
Weekly group therapy sessions.
Family therapy sessions.
Integrated education and treatment planning.
Accredited school registration and transcript management.
Therapeutic and recreational activities.
Church involvement.
Private intranet email accounts.
24-Hour supervision room and board.
Workbooks, texts, and all school supplies.
Weekly English riding lessons.
$150 / month personal needs allowance
Transportation

To and from medical and dental appointments.
To and from Lafayette Regional Airport as needed.
To and from all off-campus school and recreation activities.

The monthly fee covers the cost of professional therapy, outings, enrichment activities, horseback riding, 24-hour supervision, room and board, education tuition and supplies, transportation, and curriculum implementation. Your daughter gets a monthly allocation of $150 that is included in the tuition. Staff assists your daughter to budget her $150 allowance for personal needs. In addition to monthly tuition other expenses need to be considered when planning for the cost of the program.

Not included in tuition:

Personal clothing.
Additional uniforms if needed.
Personal amenities.
Haircuts and hygienic items or services.
Postal fees.
Airline or other forms of commercial travel.
Non-staff escorted or after-hours trips to and from airport.

Admission fee

The admission fee is $3,000. It is due upon acceptance to Evangelhouse® and secures the admission of the student up to thirty (30) days in advance. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the admission refunds are made at the sole discretion of Evangelhouse®. Refunds may take up to ninety (90) days.

Daily rate

The daily rate for services is $215 per day. The rate is applied to the first and last months of enrollment instead of the monthly tuition if the student does not attend the entire month. The daily rate is not applied in months of enrollment that involve home visits, holidays, or other off-campus activities.

Monthly tuition

The monthly tuition charge is $6,300 and does not vary with the length of enrollment. This fee is drafted electronically on the first of each continuous month the student is enrolled. In case of non-continuous enrollment or re-admission, a new admission agreement is required, and tuition is adjusted to the current rate.

Uniforms

The uniform fee of $600 is due upon admission. It is used to purchase the student's uniforms for school, athletics, and horseback riding. The fee is non-refundable after the uniforms are purchased. Uniforms are considered the personal property of the student.

Family retreat fees

The fee of $300 is drafted on April 1st and on October 1st for the family retreat. The retreat fee is billed to the sponsors' account regardless of whether the student and family attend.

Allowance

Evangelhouse® allocates tuition (at no additional cost) to sponsors approximately $150.00 per month for the student's personal allowance. A prepaid debit card account is set up in the student's name. Sponsors acknowledge this account is the property of Evangelhouse® and funds may be used to meet the student's needs or obligations at the discretion of EHCA.

Medical costs

Evangelhouse® does not enter fee for service agreements on behalf of the student for medical care. This is the financial responsibility of the sponsors. Sponsors agree and accept responsibility for all forms of medical, dental, prescription, laboratory, or hospital costs incurred on behalf of the student while enrolled at Evangelhouse®.

Prepayment discounts
Evangelhouse® offers a free 13th month of enrollment if you choose to prepay twelve months in advance. Restrictions apply, so please speak with our admission staff for details.

Scholarships

We have no scholarships available.

Medical insurance

Medical insurance plans do not cover tuition for Evangelhouse®, nor do they cover specific services provided by Evangelhouse®. Medical insurance may cover the costs associated with outpatient psychiatric medication management and psychological testing.

Tax deductibility of tuition

Evangelhouse® Christian Academy is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. The help of your professional tax advisor is required to determine the tax deductibility of tuition for your specific circumstances. Evangelhouse® does not provide tax advice.

If friends, family, or your church wish to donate to our school, a variety of transactions are accommodated. A team of highly qualified financial advisers are available to assist if needed. We have a great vision and a whole host of development projects.
